I cannot recommend 24/7 HVAC based on my experience. They were assigned by my home warranty company to replace the condenser fan motor on my AC unit. During their testing—before the technician even left—the outdoor unit began making excessive noise, and the fan was visibly wobbling. I immediately pointed this out to the technician. He attempted several adjustments but was unable to eliminate the noise or wobbling, yet the repair was still considered complete. The installation also raised several concerns. A generic aftermarket fan motor was installed instead of the original OEM motor, modifications were made that left wiring exposed, and components were not reassembled correctly. I reported the issue to both 24/7 and my home warranty company the same day, but no corrective action was taken. A second technician from 24/7 later inspected the unit and agreed that the original repair had not been performed properly. Before the issue could be corrected, the fan blade failed, leaving my AC completely inoperable. What is most frustrating is that the current explanation focuses on the broken fan blade, even though the excessive noise and fan wobbling were present immediately during the repair while the technician was still on site. Those problems were reported before the blade ever failed. In my opinion, the original repair should have been corrected at that point instead of allowing the system to continue operating with an obvious problem. As a result, my family has been without air conditioning during the Texas summer while my warranty claim has remained unresolved for nearly two months. I have photos, videos, repair records, and correspondence documenting the entire sequence of events.Posted on Google Cynthia KnightTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 24 Seven AC arrived early and installed my new AC condenser very quickly and professionally. This tells me these people are not very good at communication.

Minor repairs such as replacing a capacitor, flame sensor, or thermostat typically range from $150 to $450. Major repairs like replacing a blower motor or gas valve can range from $500 to $1,200 depending on system specifications.
Cold air is usually caused by a tripped circuit breaker, a dirty air filter restricting airflow, a failed hot-surface igniter, or a pilot light that has gone out.
If your unit is under 12 years old and the repair cost is less than 50% of a new unit, repair is usually best. If your system is over 15 years old and requires frequent, costly repairs, upgrading to a high-efficiency unit will save money over time.
