The representative, Tommy was very knowledgeable, patient, & honest. As perspiration dripped down his face being that the house was so hot - he explained the process of what was the cause, & what it would take to repair it. I'm looking forward to the repairs being that it was not addressed the second time they came out. Hopefully three times will be a charm.

Tommy was very courteous. I explained the problem the a/c was having, he thoroughly checked the system inside and outside. I had corrected the drainage problem but wanted to make sure and have everything checked anyway. He gave me tips on how to keep the drain from getting stopped up again. Tommy is very knowledgeable about a/c systems and explains things in layman's terms. I would recommend him to anyone. Best warranty technician I have used.

I went through Choice Home Warranty and they assigned 24 Seven A/C as the repair company. They were great and accommodating to my busy schedule. They installed a new condenser and evaporator coil. I have been having issues with my system all summer. I used two other vendors previously. Glad that 24 Seven finally was assigned and they fixed it. I also paid extra to upgrade my system from a 4-ton to a 5-ton Trane! Love it and the system is working perfect now.
