We had a very positive experience with 24/Seven. We had a heater that was over 20 years old and they had repaired it a few times but it was beyond repair and they replaced our unit through our home warranty company. 24/Seven took care of notifying our home warranty company and getting approval to replace our heating unit. Also the men that removed and installed our unit did an excellent job and worked very quickly and efficiently. One of the things we appreciated was the way that 24/Seven communicated with us, through text and phone calls, when they were sending a repairman or letting us know the date of the part replacement or when the installation would take place. We had to wait for a part to come in and the approval from our home warranty a little longer than we’d liked but they got the job done in a timely matter. We have used 24/Seven at least 3 times and were very always pleased with the outcome.

My whole AC unit had to be replaced because of age. 24 Seven AC was promptly dispatched and once the equipment was ordered, the install was scheduled. The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. Both the attic unit and outdoor units had to be replaced. The crew was very clean and careful while coming in the house to access the attic. They completely covered the flooring with canvas covering and cleaned up nicely inside when finished. They were careful not to damage any of the landscaping when replacing the outdoor unit. They cleaned up the driveway and left no trash or debris. The crew did an awesome job, were very professional and respectful. The dispatcher was professional and always responsive.
